All teams of two are in permanent bubbles so will only come in contact with each other
All equipment is disinfected with antibacterial and virucidal
We will clean as normal but also use professional virucidal products on high touchpoints
Masks will be used to enter every property
All clients that are home will need to stay in a separate room – we will not clean in the same room
All the Helpful Home team have completed certificated infection control training
Payment will be taken electronically to minimise contact
We have always used fresh cloths and mop heads for every customer – this will continue
