Our Services
We offer three levels of service within our regular cleaning and a completely customised service for individual or deeper cleans.
Regular Cleaning: We provide tailor-made regular cleaning, either weekly or every two weeks, to ensure your home stays looking the way you designed it to and fits within your budget.
We do everything from vacuuming and dusting to helping with the dishes and changing beds. We bring all our own equipment, including Sebo vacuums and toothbrushes for the hard-to-reach areas.
All our cleaners work in pairs, and we aim to give you the same team for every clean.
When looking at the packages below, we have given guide prices, but during the quote, you can choose a mixture, and all prices will be quoted based on the estimated time taken. For example, you may have a four-bedroom house requiring a silver clean, but two bedrooms are to be left, and the dining room is only to be vacuumed (bronze). This would put you at the lowest end of the estimate and only likely to take 2 hours
Bronze Package
KITCHEN
All surfaces are wiped down, sanitised and polished.
The front of the cupboards are wiped down and polished.
Inside microwave cleaned.
The toaster crumb tray is emptied.
The kettle and bin are cleaned outside.
The sink is cleaned and shone.
Skirting boards are wiped down.
Cobwebs removed.
Stool bases shone.
The front of the oven shone.
Floors vacuumed and wet buffed.
BATHROOM
Grout scrubbed (you may need to pre treat if prone to mould).
Bath scrubbed, plug cleaned and dried. Shower tray cleaned, Screen polished and plug emptied.
Sink cleaned.
Glass, mirrors and chrome radiator polished.
Toilet cleaned (using toilet cleaner not bleach).
Skirting and bath panel dusted
Floors vacuumed and wet buffed.
ALL OTHER ROOMS
Vacuumed.
Wooden floors wet buffed.

Silver Package
KITCHEN
The Silver Service offers the same level of care as the Bronze in the kitchen.
BATHROOM
The Silver Service provides the same care level as the Bathroom Bronze.
Lounge/Dining/Conservatory
Wooden furniture dusted (no polish used unless requested).
Glass, mirrors and metal polished.
Table/Chairs wiped (please let us know if you would like multi-surface spray, water only or dry dust for this)
Sofa cushions are tidied, and crumbs under seat cushions are removed.
Pictures dusted
TV stand, bookcases, fireplace and all other surfaces are dusted.
Woodwork, including skirting, window sills and door frames, are dusted.
Cobwebs removed.
All rooms are vacuumed, and floors wet buffed.
Bedroom
Beds straightened and headboard dusted (bedding changed is an option)
Woodwork, including skirting, window sills and door frames, are dusted.
Cobwebs removed
Bedroom furniture, including bedside tables and dressing tables, are dusted.
Toiletries/make-up dusted under and tidied
Glass and mirrors polished
All rooms are vacuumed, and floors wet buffed.

Gold Package
This is a list of all the extras not included in the other packages – nearly all are needed for the end of the tenancy, but for deep cleans, you can pick and choose.
KITCHEN – Optional Extras
Clean all tiles, including grease removal
Clean inside/top of cupboards.
Clean fridge/freezer.
Wet wipe/Degrease woodwork and skirting.
Deep cleaning of floors.
Clean the outside of all appliances.
Clean UPVC/glass doors and Windows
Deep clean extractor hood
Scrape and deep clean hob (does not include metal stands)
Remove all tea/coffee stains from sink
BATHROOM
Clean all tiles.
Mould removal.
Wet wipe woodwork and skirting.
Clean inside cupboards.
Deep clean bath/shower.
Clean back of toilet area.
ALL OTHER ROOMS
Clean windows/UPVC.
Vacuum all sofas.
Wet wipe all woodwork. Clean plants.
Declutter (Done with the customer to put in a system and prevent clutter from becoming a problem again).
Move all items off shelves, e.g. books off the bookcase.
Clean inside light fixtures/chandeliers.
Polish ornaments/furniture/silver.
Pull out all furniture to clean behind

This can include: bedding changes, internal windows, inside/on top of cupboards, deeper clean of areas, steam clean floors, inside fridge.

ONE OFF CLEAN… We can do almost anything from all the lists above and will give a quote upon viewing. All charges are based on and hourly rate and we will always aim to give a realistic idea on expected time during quote stage.
THE SMALL PRINT… All quotes are based on an hourly rate +VAT. All prices are quoted as a guide, to give an exact quote more details are needed. All quotes are customised so we can do bronze (floors only) in some rooms while others rooms in the same house may include gold aspects and the price will reflect the level of work required so somewhere in the middle of the above quotes. Please be aware we can also customise a quote to work to your budget. If you require a Silver clean but do not have the budget it may be that we alternate elements to reduce the price. E.g. leave fronts of cupboards, skirting boards only once a month, do not move furniture to vacuum each time. During the consultation full notes will be made on your requirements and the quote will be based on your needs.
